M. & M. Bomchil was founded in 1923.

It offers a wide scope of legal assistance in many different fields, making it a full service lawfirm with emphasis in business, corporate and tax law.

Our clients are medium and big size enterprises from the most diversified areas of business and economy: banking and financial entities, insurance companies, construction, real estate, transportation and commercial corporations and public utilities. We have particular expertise in administrative law, banking law, commercial litigation and arbitration procedures, commercial law, corporate, antitrust, insurance, labor and employment relations, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, capital markets, taxation, telecommunications, e-business and energy and natural resources.

At present M. & M. Bomchil has 14 partners, about 60 associates and a total staff of 150 persons.
